Have you seen Natasha’s party today? She is hosting an ‘It’s all about me’ party. Everyone participating is doing a project all for themselves, just something that you’d always wanted to do but never took the time to realize. You should go over there and see the painting Natasha made for her mantle, it is gorgeous!
I was gonna play, but I didn’t make it. Life got in the way. Well that is how things go sometimes, I am sure you have all been there. I had thousand ideas for things I was gonna make, but ah well, at least I got my blog design finished, that felt good!
But I really liked the idea of this party, just creating something for the fun of it. So I did do something just for me. I signed up for Artist Class.
Mary Green organized it and some great artists will be teaching online classes. I am so excited to have to chance to learn from these talented women. The classes start Sunday. So I’ll have plenty to blog about the next weeks. I am sure you can still sign up too. Maybe you want to take some time doing something in the spirit of ‘It’s all about me’, go on, I know you want to. CU in class!

I love your blog design, Marianne (adore birds!!) The Artist Class sounds awesome and I am going to check it out. A girl was talking on her blog today about jewelry making classes and I thought I really should try something creative. Maybe I will see you in class!! Thanks for the tip!!

Marianne, i think your blog design was a great project for the party…i just finished playing with my blog this morning…i had by accident {don't ask} changed my template…so i had to go in and change the text and pictures on all of the posts…took hours and hours…but it does look better…nothing spectacular like yours…but something…

I'm so glad you'll be in Artist Class, Marianne! I can't wait to see what you create!

Marianne CONGRATULATIONS on winning the give away from Alissa! Lucky you! This is the first time I have been to your blog & I love it. I don't know what the old one looked like but, it is worth the wig (hair pulling… yes I read all the way down to the Fall Fluffy Post). I would love to have a Blog Buddy in the Netherlands. I think my friend Sylvia is from there too. Have a great week.
Heee, ik dacht ineens: Marianne zou toch ook meedoen? Ik heb haar helemaal niet gezien op de blogparty, jammer, volgende keer beter! Veel plezier bij Mary Green cs. dat lijkt me nou echt wat voor jou!
I just found your blog via My Romantic Home and I love it! It also was a pleasant surprise to see you are from the Netherlands, the country of my great-grandparents' origin (my maiden name is Pruim). I added you to my favorites and look forward to visiting your blog.
