Moving up with the Times. Working with the Facebook Timeline on my Fanpage

Hi Friends,

Pffff, I have been busy all evening figuring out this Facebook Timeline thing for my Fan Page.

I think I made it work.

Facebook Timeline

What do you think? Did I do all right?

Resources I used:

Most important changes when using the Timeline on FB
12 Pros and Cons of Facebook Timeline
How to add a Pinterest Tab to your Fan Page

Your header image should be: 850 x 315 pixels, your profile picture 180 x 180 pixels and the app tabs can be 111 x 74 pixels.

Changing everything up to the Timeline is a lot of work, but not very difficult. Facebook is really improving their user interface with this one.

Love or hate the timeline? Now that I am used to it I love it. The pictures are all so nice and big, the really become the stars of the stories, as they should be.

I think you might like this too

I’s beautiful! Thanks so much for the resources. I’ve been meaning to do mine for while now……(I’m becoming a Linky follower now just in case) Kathleen

I usually hate changes, so it took me a while to get used to it. But now I love it. I love that the images are so big, so they really draw the attention that they deserve. That you can leave a message on top, or have a certain entry stand out. And I love the big header and the link buttons (apss) you can have underneath. So all in all, I love it. And the user interface is much easier now. No more searching for the place where you can change the settings of something, it is much more intuitive now.
Go change over, it is easy, I promise.
