I found this post so inspirational, Marianne–I got lots of ideas for around my house, and even decorating for certain types of events!
I got nostalgic feelings for what we called a little step ladder. Every farmhouse had one..there’s a teacup, bird and jar of flowers on this stepladder on p. 1….I wonder, where did it go? So much cleaning out has been going on. Did someone toss or take? No matter. I can see it in my mind and again in this post. So clever. Easily brought out for a party, tucked away for another time. Such a versatile piece which my grandparents and parents only used for its intended purpose!!! No plastic ones back then 🙂
